Kitchen appliance startup EDT raises $2.4 million

Mumbai-based kitchen appliance brand EDT has raised $2.4 million in a funding round led by Sauce VC. Participants included Alteria Capital and several angel investors. The company plans to utilize the fresh capital to build inventory ahead of the upcoming festive season and to support its expansion into the beauty gadgets market.
